Our Story

MinNefer's dream started as a kid using his mom's shoe boxes to design cool and hip homes for his hot-wheels and army men. Today, the spirit, inspiration & passion that built shoe box houses then is now a reality as AZURA GREEN CONCEPTS.

When MinNefer and Nancy married, all he talked about was AGC. On and on he raved about home technologies, new age structural insulated panels (SIP), crappy home construction and the staggeringly inflated costs of what he called 'bird houses'.

One day Nancy had heard all she could take and she let him have it - literally! "Do something about it! Stop talking and just do it!" That's when Nancy and MinNefer painstakingly extracted all of the ideas from MinNefer's head and put it all on paper, and AGC was born.

Then they took that infamous ride... While looking for a new home, they accidentally found a uniquely built home that seemed to embody all that he'd been dreaming of. MinNefer went nuts! Against Nancy's better judgment, he went right up and knocked on their door! But he was right... The house was a living and breathing dwelling that effortlessly blended with the natural surroundings, in a clean modern style. It was stunning. It was unique. It had an air of luxury. MinNefer was overjoyed and Nancy finally understood the vision. Not a bad dream-come-true for a kid who grew up in the inner city of Chicago's South Side housing projects. Dream Big or go home is how MinNefer lives his life. And guess what? He's not done yet! (And he still loves those Cubbies!)

Now in the beautiful State of Oregon, Nancy is taking ownership and lead at the helm of AGC. With her 20 years of corporate commercial transactions experience and keen legal mind, Nancy continues MinNefer's original vision but with a new and dynamic team of professionals. AGC is poised to go far beyond its original horizon and is soaring to new heights with SUSTAINABILITY AND QUALITY riding high! Again the phoenix is reborn and on the rise...
