The services are that are needed are sewer, water and electrical hook ups. All of the services connect directly underneath the structure, essentially like any other home. You can connect a Azura Green into existing city services, a septic field or well water... and if you want to be off the grid our homes are solar ready!

Foundation Options

We have a standard permanent foundation systems that we build.  We supply all of the load requirements and connection details for all our design.

 

1. Concrete Garage Assembly  

We precast or site built all our garages either connected to the home or under the shipping container home, maximizes yard space, provides extra storage and a warm place for your car. With a precast system your footings/foundation walls come as a pre engineered and complete system and can be installed within a day!

2. Concrete Perimeter Foundation

A concrete perimeter foundation is the system that we use. We use set elevation for our homes either low to the ground our slightly raised, both options look and work great! We add a concrete landing and patio. This is our number 1 seller for ground level applications

3. Screw Pile and Helical Pile Foundation

Is your location remote? Are you wanting to save a neighbouring tree? Screw piles are plug and play and make building a foundation easy (screw piles do not work in bedrock applications) Screw piles are less invasive and each pile acts as a footing and has its own auger bit that drills into the ground.
